Employee Appreciation Day at Lake Casitas! Cars 4 Causes(R) held the event to show appreciation for all the hard work, for the thousands of donations and cars sold, and for the great charity work that these dedicated employees enable Cars 4 Causes(R) to do. We work very hard together, and it was fun just to play together for a change! The event was organized by a commitee of corporate employees who did an outstanding job and received a sincere thank-you from President Patti Kennedy. The event location provided a picnic area and a water park that was reported to be great fun for all who attended. The meal was a catered chicken BBQ with salad and trimmings. There was a cake, goodie bags for the kids, games (including a pinata and water balloon toss), and a raffle. Employees attended from various locations, bringing their families along to enjoy the great food from Epicure Catering of Ventura, CA, the warm fellowship, the very warm weather, and to get in on the prizes! The grand prizes for the raffle were a DVD surround sound system, and a new child’s bicycle.The bike was donated by Cycle Dynamics of Ventura, CA.. Music was provided by DJ Flashback Eddie, and a wonderful time was had by all. Thanks to everyone who organized and attended this fun afternoon! |
